Guizio offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150. Shipping options include:

• Standard: 3 to 6 business days via USPS.
• Priority: Order by 1 PM ET for 2 to 3 business days via USPS.
• Express: Order by 1 PM ET for 1 to 3 business days via USPS.
• International: Order by 1 PM ET for 3 to 8 business days via DHL.

You can return full-priced merchandise within 10 days for a refund or store credit. Final sale items, including sale, flash sale, intimates, swimwear, hair accessories, socks, bodysuits, and GUIZIO camcorders, cannot be returned. Orders with promo codes are non-refundable and eligible only for store credit.

Holiday discount code orders are final sale. Returns must be new, unused, with tags. Refunds go to the original payment method or store credit. Online orders can be refunded by mail or in-store, but shipping fees are non-refundable. In-store purchases can be returned online or in-store.

A $7 restocking fee applies to mailed returns, waived for exchanges or in-store returns. This fee doesn't apply to store credit returns. Return shipping fees are deducted from refunds, and lost return packages are not covered.
