Price Matching & Adjustments at Pickleball Central

Pickleball Central will match a competitor’s price on an identical product, excluding bidding sites like eBay. The company must be an authorized dealer based in the U.S. You can request a price match by calling or emailing customer support within 24 hours of placing an order. The guarantee doesn't apply to combined discounts, coupons or free shipping offers — and it doesn’t cover competitor coupon offers or free gifts.

Pickleball Central offers free shipping on orders over $69. Delivery times tend to range from three to seven business days for UPS Ground and three days or less for USPS Priority. To qualify for same-day shipping, an order must be placed before the daily cut-off time of 3 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday; some large items may not be eligible for same-day processing.

Pickleball Central offers a 30-day return period for paddles and merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Does Pickleball Central have any warranties?

PickleballCentral offers a 60-day guarantee against defects for new paddles. Within this period, if your paddle breaks, you can request an exchange or refund by contacting customer support. After 60 days, the warranty provided is from the paddle's manufacturer, and customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly.
