Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order and are estimated at checkout. Standard processing takes 1-3 business days, with longer times for less common products. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday. FedEx Overnight orders are prioritized, but FedEx doesn't guarantee transit times from November 1 to January 1.

ProClip USA aims for customer satisfaction with a clear returns policy. Purchases made on or after November 7, 2024, are eligible for extended holiday returns until January 31, 2025. Standard returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. To expedite returns, use the online form or email returns@proclipusa.com with your order details. Opened, used, or incomplete items may incur a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges follow the same return process, with refunds issued for the purchase price and taxes, excluding shipping. Clearance sales are final and non-returnable.
