Roolee aims to process orders quickly, typically shipping in-stock items within 1-3 business days. Delivery within the U.S. takes an additional 1-8 business days, depending on the location. During high-demand periods like Black Friday, processing may be delayed due to increased order volumes.

Roolee's "International Shipping (Duties + Taxes Unpaid)" option does not include duties, taxes, customs, or brokerage fees, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Roolee cannot predict these charges, so customers should check with their local customs office. In contrast, DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct and DHL Express Worldwide shipping options include all these fees in the purchase price, eliminating additional costs upon delivery.

Roolee's return policy requires that unwashed, unworn, and unused items be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are deducted from the refund.

Returns received 45 days after purchase are eligible for store credit only, and after 60 days, only a partial store credit is issued. Items with signs of wear or damage, such as perfume, makeup, or animal hair, may receive a partial or no refund. Swimwear with tampered liners is non-refundable.

Shoes must be returned in their original, unaltered shoebox, or a $10 fee applies. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days for credit.
