Snipes USA offers free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders excluding footwear of $50 or more ship free if you're logged into your SNIPES account, with no coupon code needed. Certain products, such as clearance items, "Last Call" items, final sale items, and release products, do not count towards the $75 total. Free shipping is via UPS Surepost (3-8 business days).
Snipes USA Return Policy
In-Store Returns:
You can return online orders at any Snipes store within 30 days, except the Saint Louis Galleria location, which only accepts apparel returns.
Bring your receipt or packing slip; returns can't be processed without them.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or store credit if the payment method is undetermined.
Footwear must be in its original box, and apparel must have tags attached, unless defective.
Returns or exchanges may be limited, even with a receipt.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and PayPal purchases are refunded as store credit.
Return via Mail:
Return within 30 days of shipment.
Include the original packing slip.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and not shipped in the original shoe box.
Return shipping fees are your responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
Merchandise is only considered damaged if it is defective.
